Shipping is included in the purchase price of all items. All items ship within 7 business days of completed order. We ship via USPS Priority Mail services, fully insured and packaged securely for a safe arrival. Occasionally items will be shipped by UPS or FedEx services. Clothing and accessories under 14 oz ship USPS First Class services insured.
There are NO RETURNS, either partial or full, on layaways.
In the event you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item(s) for the purchase price, (less original shipping and payment processing fees) provided your item is returned in the same condition as when purchased. Additionally a 20% restocking fee applies on all returns to reimburse shop for time off market, etc. Should you wish to return an item, you must notify us within 48 hours of receipt and ship the item back to us, fully insured, at your own expense within 3 days. Buyer is responsible for cost of return shipping, packaging and insurance. Refund for purchase price minus shop's original shipping and processing costs, and restocking fee will be issued to original payment source once returned. Buyer is responsible for insurance coverage and claims for any damage, loss or theft of merchandise that may occur during return shipment. Completed payment items that are subsequently cancelled will be refunded to original source less processing fees.

Dollyology Vintage Dolls provides the highest quality, authentic dolls available today -- specializing in American Character Tiny Tears, Ideal Toy Co. Betsy Wetsy, and Effanbee Dy-Dee dolls, along with other popular and collectible composition dolls. All from the 1950s back through the 1920s -- and many with original or vintage dresses and layettes. These dolls were collected by me for many years for documentation -- I am now finished with my research which will be published as a book in the future -- for now, I am selling my entire collection, along with other wonderful dolls I find that may be of interest to you, and are added along the way.
All clothing and accessories are historically correct with ACCURATE and knowledgeable descriptions. Many are rarely seen, high quality collector dolls and clothing that you will not want to miss adding to your collection!

All clothing fits correctly, cases are the correct size and issue for the doll, no reproductions.. As with ALL my dolls, her clothes are CRISP, CLEAN and in EXCELLENT CONDITION, with no tears or holes unless specifically noted. You will not have to clean or deodorize your doll, or press her clothes on arrival as I take care of all that for you before putting any of my dolls up for auction; I pack my dolls CAREFULLY to arrive in display ready condition, except for minor touch up with an iron if you are a fussy Virgo like me.
